BCT has partnered with a leading Dallas manufacturing and distributing company to identify an experienced Senior IT Compliance Analyst for their team to spearhead internal controls, audits, and risk management in IT compliance.
As a Senior IT Compliance Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to industry standards, laws, and best practices.
SALARY PAY : Up to $120k depending on candidate's experience, etc.

Responsibilities :
- Lead quarterly and annual IT testing for both internal and external audits
- Conduct comprehensive IT compliance training sessions
- Collaborate closely with leadership to address compliance-related concerns
- Maintain and develop documentation, policies, and procedures to uphold compliance standards
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of IT risks
- Mentor and support junior members of the IT Compliance team
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT compliance, preferably in process manufacturing industry
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex issues to diverse audiences
