Job Description : Evaluate clients by administering tests and measurements, including range of motion, gait, and functional analysis, as well as neurological assessments, to determine individual rehabilitation program needs.
- Provide or oversee ongoing assessment of clients' rehabilitation progress.- Prepare, transmit, and maintain measurements and assessment records and reports.
- Communicate test results, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested.- Participate in writing and presenting individual client treatment plans, formulating goals, and planning appropriate physical therapy treatments.
- Conduct periodic reassessment of clients' progress and revise plans as necessary.
