Job Overview :

As a Junior Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the healthcare landscape. You'll support our dynamic sales team, prepare compelling proposals, and manage key processes with precision and professionalism.

Your work will directly contribute to expanding our reach and enhancing our services, making healthcare more accessible and affordable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop sales proposals and marketing materials, supporting client, broker, and industry sales initiatives.
• Facilitate underwriting and quoting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as the first point of contact for healthcare broker partners.
• Coordinate with Reinsurance Carriers to negotiate rates for prospective and current clients.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Finance to streamline eligibility and billing processes.
• Maintain and update prospect and broker databases with high accuracy.

Qualifications :

• A BA / BS degree.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Independent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A professional demeanor coupled with personal accountability.
• Exceptional work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
