Description

Job Responsibilities

  • The day-to-day organization, coordination and implementation of NIH and industry funded grants
  • Pre-screening patients, explaining the trial to patients and their families
  • Consenting patients if appropriate, and confirming eligibility in conjunction with Investigators
  • Collection of study data per protocol
  • Abstracting data from electronic health records, inputting data into electronic CRFs in dedicated electronic data capture (EDC) systems and / or study databases
  • Organizing, maintaining, and assuring the accuracy of all study documentation including qualification materials / certifications
  • Aiding with various administrative task
  • Monitor PARC provided phone and pager.
  • Comply with Institutional policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
  • Coordinating regulatory paperwork
  • Document, record, and report Adverse advents
  • Prepare study documents, including protocols, operational manuals consent forms, recruitment material, and data collection forms

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator who has excellent verbal & written communication skills, management skills, calling study participants, screening in Epic / PennChart, and monitoring txt message platform.
