Marketing Strategy & Growth Manager
Skufca Law PLLC, a dynamic law firm located in the heart of South End, is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Marketing Strategy & Growth Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives as we expand into new regions across the Carolinas.
What You’ll Do :
- Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support firm growth in new markets (Carolinas High Country, Coast, and South Carolina)
- Lead digital marketing strategy : website, SEO, Google Ads, social media, and newsletters
- Track client referrals and marketing performance across platforms
- Coordinate advertising with local publications and community organizations
- Manage vendors for digital and print materials
- Plan and execute firm events, including our signature Annual South End Shuffle 5k & Mile Run
