As a Technical Product Manager at NinjaOne you will be a critical part of the product management team, helping drive NinjaOne forward using your Apple product expertise for our Mobile Device Management (MDM) product.

This role will require both technical and non-technical skills focusing on prototyping and testing new features as they are released by Apple, helping with product feature prioritization based on customer and market demand, evangelizing within NinjaOne and other community spaces, assisting the product, engineering, QA, design, and product marketing teams with Apple operating system expertise, and also participating in marketing events such as conferences, webinars, or other engagements.

Location : USA, UK, Spain, and Germany. We are flexible on remote working from home for all of our locations. For our USA candidates we hire only in the following states : TX, FL, NC, GA, CT, CA or ME .

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Expert Apple Mobile Product Resource - You will be the expert in the product management organization for all things Apple MDM.
  • Define Support Lifecycle Playbooks - Document and educate the engineering, product, and other teams on repeatable processes to support new device types, operating systems, and versions within Apple ecosystem.
  • Research and Prototyping - Follow industry trends and operating system advancements, build prototypes to test new features, document how they work, and help the team understand their value.
  • Community engagement Be the face of NinjaOne in MDM communities, host webinars and discussions, attend marketing events / conferences representing NinjaOne and our MDM capabilities.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related technical certificates.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Apple devices with and without MDM solutions.
  • 5+ years of scripting and prototyping experience related to Apple platforms.
  • Experience with Apple mobile products, as well as knowledgeable about IT MDM products.
  • Ability to work closely with an engineering team to guide product direction for Mobile Device Management software.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills make you effective when working on cross-functional teams.
  • You are an innovative and creative problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, charting new territories and tackling new initiatives.
  • You have experience leading and contributing to technical discussions and helping navigate technical tradeoffs.
  • Other duties as needed.

Additional Information

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills.

The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000 per year.
