Learn more at Salary : $80000 - $90000 / yearJob Summary Working as an EVS Project Manager, you will be supporting prospective, new and existing Environmental Services accounts in in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas and Missouri.
As a support resource, you will travel to potential client facilities, conduct surveys, assist on presentations, plan and implement start-ups of new business, audit and / or re-engineer existing accounts, recruit and train management or hourly housekeeping teams and perform other operations to support the business.
Key Responsibilities : Proficient in using corporate operating systems and software toolsCollects and analyzes facility information including occupancy data and develops appropriate staffing levels based on industry standards, company benchmarking and personal experienceThoughtfully estimates labor components for each function and areaEvaluates and determines capital equipment needs based on staffing and function needsPrepares the labor and non-labor costing in accordance with Company guidelines and protocolIdentifies 'hot spots' and program issues to be included in sales presentationsIdentifies and develops a corrective plan for quality and service issuesFunctions as the Startup Captain for all new accounts by developing the startup plan, coordinating resources and other logistics related to the startupPrudently manages resources to meet or beat startup budgetImplements all Crothall programs according to the proposal, Company standard and costingTroubleshoots problem accounts, reviewing system implementation and application and providing support, training and recommendations to the onsite management teamEstablishes and maintains 'Foundations' level accounts for new and ongoing development of managersProvides orientation and management training to existing and new management teams Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceFive to eight years Director level experience in hospital housekeeping industry with high customer / client contact requiredAbility to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentationsAbility to multi-task and prioritizePossess a detailed knowledge of contract administration and office proceduresProficient in the use of Windows based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookApply to Crothall todayCrothall is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
