Compensation & Bonuses

Salary : Up to $120,000 per year based on full-time employment and maximum productivity (experience considered).

Bonus : Available for those who qualify for full-time status.

Key Responsibilities

In your role, you will :

  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting physicians in developing therapy plans.
  • Observe and report patients' responses to treatment and any changes in their conditions to the supervising nurse and / or physician.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning using accepted standards of practice.
  • Instruct and inform healthcare team members, patients, and their families / caregivers about the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

    • Licensure Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of West Virginia.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
