Overview

CHI Health Immanuel, located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street, offers a full-service hospital, cancer center, rehabilitation center, specialty spine hospital and more. For well over a century, our commitment to serve our community inspires our staff to provide the highest quality of care to all who we have the privilege to serve.

Responsibilities

Program Therapist - Partial Hospitalization.  No evenings or weekends

Up to $5,000 sign on bonus

Up to $10,000 education assistance

  • Conducts therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and family and / or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals
  • Refers and collaborates with care team, other agencies, and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the patient
  • Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned program

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
  • Must have an active license in state of practice - NE :   PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) required
