About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the ongoing implementations of Salesforce and NetSuite within our organization.

You will be responsible for driving project timelines, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and training across user communities, ensuring deliverable completion, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and working effectively with stakeholders across various departments.

Additionally, you will play a key role in collaborating with our CRM and ERP implementation partners to ensure successful project completion and transition to operational state.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful implementation of Salesforce and NetSuite, adhering to GxP compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion of milestones.
• Collaborate closely with our CRM and ERP implementation partners to define project scope, manage dependencies, and ensure seamless integration.
• Coordinate and manage UAT activities, including test case development, execution, and defect tracking, in partnership with our implementation partners.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for various user groups on Salesforce and NetSuite functionality, with input from our implementation partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including team members from our internal departments and our external implementation partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless integration of new systems with existing processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and ensure system implementations address them effectively.
• Manage risks and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues throughout the implementation process, including issues arising from collaboration with our implementation partners.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing clear insights and data-driven recommendations, including updates on the progress and contributions of our implementation partners.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and issue logs, ensuring transparency and communication for all involved parties.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process enhancements for future projects, including collaborating with our implementation partners to improve future implementations.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably within a GxP-regulated environment.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and NetSuite implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance principles and computer systems validation requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse user groups.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, including external partners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
