KeyResponsibilities :
- PatientCare Delivery : Provide direct and indirect care to critically illpatients using the nursing process of Assessment PlanningIntervention andEvaluation.
- CarePlanning : Develop and update nursing care plans in collaborationwith patients their families and the interdisciplinaryteam.
- PatientMonitoring : Communicate significant changes in patients conditionsto Physicians Nursing Supervisors / Managers and other team membersasnecessary.
- DischargePlanning : Participate in the development of effective dischargeplans ensuring seamless caretransitions.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- MinimumEducation : Associate s degree in Nursing (ADN)required.
- RequiredLicense : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice inthe state ofAlabama.
- Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within30 days ofhire.
TechnicalSkills :
- Proficientin electronic health record (EHR)systems.
- Advancedknowledge of critical care procedures andprotocols.
- Strongassessment and clinical decisionmakingskills.
- Effectivecommunication and interpersonalskills.
