Pay : $18.00 / hr
Schedule : Business hours M - F 8AM - 5PM
Job Description / Requirements :
Customer Service Representatives will be assisting customers with electrical products via phone, email and chat
Minimum 2 years customer service experience - call center and electrical knowledge / experience preferred
Ability to demonstrate soft skills (customer service, listening skills and customer empathy)
Must be computer literate
Ability to multi-task and use different systems simultaneously
LTL / Shipping / Logistics experience is a huge plus!!
Technical support experience
