We are seeking a talented and experiencedSocial Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate willhave a passion for storytelling a knack for engaging contentcreation and a deep understanding of various social mediaplatforms.

This role will be responsible for developing andexecuting our social media strategy to enhance our brand presenceand engage with our audience effectively.

KeyResponsibilities

StrategyDevelopment :

Develop and implement acomprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brandgoals.

Identify and capitalize on emergingsocial media trends to ensure our brand remains at the forefront ofthe industry.

Collaborate to integrate socialmedia strategies into broader marketing campaigns.

Content Creation :

Create curate andmanage highquality content for various social media platforms(Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn TikTok etc.).

Maintain the brand voice and ensure all content reflectsour companys values and objectives.

Coordinatewith graphic designers photographers and video producers to createengaging multimedia content.

CommunityEngagement :

Build and nurture relationshipswith our online community by responding to comments messages andinquiries promptly and professionally.

Fosterdiscussions and engage with followers to enhance brand loyalty andadvocacy.

Monitor social media channels formentions and trends related to our brand and industry.

Analytics and Reporting :

Track andanalyze social media performance using analytics tools to measuresuccess and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports on key metrics and present insights andrecommendations to the marketing team.

Adjuststrategies based on data insights to optimize content performanceand engagement.

Collaboration andLeadership :

Work closely with crossfunctionalteams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Stayinformed about social media best practices tools and emergingplatforms to continuously improve our strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications or a related field.

3years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similarrole.

Proven track record of successfullydeveloping and executing social media strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with akeen eye for detail and creativity.

Proficiencyin social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer SproutSocial) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics FacebookInsights).

Strong understanding of social mediaalgorithms trends and best practices.

Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.

Creative thinker with a passionfor innovation and problemsolving.

No phonecalls or third parties. Candidates must be United States citizensor legal permanent residents. Proof of legal residence and workauthorization in the United States isrequired.
