The Opportunity :

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers.

With the critical decisions made in DoD every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a intelligence analyst and targeting analyst, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.

As an intelligence analyst and targeting officer on our team, you’ll play a critical role in helping our client understand the operational battlespace and the national level threats in that space.

You will do this through daily briefs as well as operational and time-critical updates to senior leaders. Additionally, you may be charged with analyzing complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities.

You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters. You will convey well-reasoned dissenting perspectives to ensure all relevant data streams are considered for key decisions and become an authority on your target set, AOR, and operational tools and our client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure.

This is a chance to define your expertise as you develop new skills incorporating raw, often time-sensitive intelligence pared with a multitude of platforms and tools enabling you to affect the targeting narrative or picture.

You will be with a team of teams where you will share your skills, expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts.

You Have :

3+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle

Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT

Ability to r ead and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives, as presented daily

Ability to research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets and generate leads to advance dynamic objectives collection and analysis

Ability to c ond uct client-sponsored domestic and international deployment

TS / SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have :

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Master's degree

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
