Estate Planning Assistant General Counsel
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel, Product to bridge the gap between product innovation and legal compliance in estate planning.
Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with product teams on the ideation, implementation, and maintenance of product offeringsEngage with external stakeholders on estate planning topics and advocate for regulatory advancementsServe as a company spokesperson on complex estate planning issues and regulatory mattersRequired Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership10+ years of estate planning experience with product counseling, preferably in relevant industriesExperience working with product development teams on innovative offeringsStrong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance issues in estate planningDemonstrated ability to engage with legislators and industry groups on public policy matters
