A nationwide law firm with offices in Denver is seeking a 3-6 years' experienced Associate Attorney with Commercial Litigation and Construction Law focus areas.
With clients across the US, over 75 practice areas, across twenty offices, this firm is recognized for outstanding achievements with national and state organizations and they are seeking to make a long-term investment in the right candidate to join their dynamic litigation team.
While experience in consumer class action defense, TCPA defense and / or Labor and Employment Law is preferred, trial experience, deposition and hearing experience is required.
The ideal candidate can hit the ground running with their growing caseload and able to manage a case from start to finish with autonomy.
