JOB TYPES : Part-time; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
KEY DUTIES :
- Manage calendars, and find scheduling for meetings and calls.
- Develop relationships with clients, and respond to emails from them on the client’s behalf.
- Help with project planning and resource scheduling.
- Handle minor administrative tasks.
- Quickly notify the client of urgent customer issues.
KEY PROFILE :
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within a Not-for-Profit.
- Basic technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and calendar management software.
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written communication.
- Strong social skills, as well as good interpersonal instincts.
- Attention to detail, and professionalism during communications.
- Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
- Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY : $21.00 per hour
