We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Westminster, California. This role is pivotal within the financial industry, where you will be entrusted with the responsibility of processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.
You will also be expected to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
Responsibilities :
- Develop advanced financial models and reports to aid in management and Board decision making
- Analyze financial data and provide insights based on findings
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to manage financial tasks
- Leverage CRM and Crystal Reports for efficient customer relationship management and reporting
- Perform complex accounting functions with a strong grasp of accrual accounting
- Use Data Mining Techniques to extract key information for financial analysis
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Participate in budget processes and capital management
- Ensure all accounting functions are performed in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on financial regulations and standards.
- Hold at least 5 years of experience in a similar Financial Analyst role
- Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Proficient in Crystal Reports
- Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques
- Able to perform Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accrual Accounting
- Familiar with Auditing processes and principles
- Understanding of Budget Processes
- Proficiency in Capital Management is required
