Registered Nurse (RN) ICU/ Medsurg
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize ICD-10 standards for accurate documentation and coding
- Perform airway management and provide specialized care for ICU patients
- Conduct triage assessments and prioritize patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct physical examinations and monitor patient vital signs
- Implement memory care strategies for patients with cognitive impairments
- Maintain aseptic techniques to prevent infections
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Previous experience in ICU or critical care setting preferred
- Proficiency in airway management and MDS documentation
- Strong understanding of triage protocols and patient assessment
- Ability to perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests
- Knowledge of memory care techniques for patients with cognitive disorders
- Skilled in aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay : Up to $2,200.00 per week
