- Degree in Engineering or related field
- PE License in TX OR ability to acquire same within 3 months
- 10+ (preferably 15 or more) years of progressive experience performing engineering duties similar to those listed above with 4 of those years managing projects
- Needs to have Project Management, Schematic Design, and Coordination of Environmental and Public Involvement Tasks.
- Must pass a background and driver's record check
- Experience managing staff and projects
- A more senior individual will have experience leading and practice or running a department themselves
