Customer Service Representative
Job Duties Include :
- Responsible for interfacing with customers, The customer service representative will handle in bound calls, make outbound calls and work in cases.
- They will work on e-vouchers, vendor switches and cases from sales force.
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
Requirements :
Candidates should have Call Center experience, if they have worked in the medical field is a plus.
Monday-Friday
Work Schedule : (Days & Time) : They should be flexible to work any day between 7 : 00am 9 : 00pm CST
Hybrid
Work location & Type : Is a hybrid position. Most of the time they will be working from home except on days they are pre-planned to work in the office.
Candidates should live in the Fort Worth area.
$18.00 / hr
