This role offers the opportunity to design and visualize complex renewable energy and substation projects, directly impacting the success of large-scale infrastructure initiatives. The 3D Design Engineer will create detailed 2D and 3D models, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support client-facing deliverables. You will lead multiple projects, mentor junior engineers, and help maintain high design standards while ensuring compliance with industry codes and safety regulations. Accountabilities :

• Develop multidisciplinary 2D and 3D designs supporting renewable energy and substation projects.
• Create accurate 3D models and renders to communicate complex installations to clients and stakeholders.
• Acquire and apply advanced knowledge of substation systems, transmission, and distribution equipment.
• Lead projects independently, managing multiple priorities and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Review and prepare project documentation for accuracy, compliance, and client presentation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, particularly in 3D modeling and cross-discipline coordination.
• Support client interactions, including presenting designs and contributing to proposals for professional engineering services.
• Ensure adherence to company, industry, and jurisdictional safety codes and standards.
