Now Hiring :

Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Infection Preventionist

Responsibilities of a (RN) Registered Nurse Infection Preventionist :

Provide patient care based on scientific principles / nursing theory and evidence-based practice.

Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.

Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.

Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.

Educate and counsel patients and their families on care planning processes and issues.

Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Qualifications of a (RN) Registered Nurse Infection Preventionist :

Infection Control experience preferred.

Long Term Care Experience required

Infection Preventionist Certification with the CDC preferred

License for a (RN) Registered Nurse Infection Preventionist :

Must have an Active (RN) Registered Nurse License in WI.

IPC Certification through the CDC
