Description :
As the Technical Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
They work closely with various departments to develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and data models. Their role involves ensuring data accuracy, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business objectives.
Additionally, they manage data integration from multiple sources, handle issue resolution, and contribute to the optimization of healthcare processes and systems.
Skillset / Experience Required :
- Proficiency in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with PowerBI and Tableau
Day-to-Day / Responsibilities :
- Oversee the Command Center operations
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
- Analyze call center and vendor performance data
- Manage and resolve issues related to operations and analytics
