Job Title : Industrial Team Member / Shipping and Receiving
Reports To : Production Area Supervisors
Location : Austintown, Ohio
Position Overview :
LM Cases is seeking an experienced candidate to join our shipping and receiving department. Candidates need to be self-motivated, have strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to ensuring company quality standards are met.

High School or GED minimum
Technical Training, College, College Degree a plus
Basic woodworking skills are required
Position Qualifications*
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Maintains a clean, organized working environment
- Upholds quality and presentation standards for each shipment
- Must be able to operate a forklift and delivery vehicle
- Proficiency with hand tools and measuring tools / tape measure
- Experience with wood working machines saw, routers, spray equipment, etc.
- Desire to receive cross department training and willingness to be reassigned to other departments as needed
- Computer proficiency for daily data entry
- Experience with palletizing shipments, creating boxes for small, parcel shipments
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Attentive to detail and assumes responsibility for identifying and resolving issues
- Able to plan work and approach assignments in an orderly manner and work with minimal supervision
- Lack of experience in some categories will not necessarily disqualify candidates that are willing to receive training. We will train all candidates with a basic skill set.
