• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed

Compensation :

$123,500 - $178,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to determine property value
• Create listings and market properties for sale
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with buyers and sellers
• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties
• Stay current on real estate market trends and regulations

Qualifications :

• Real Estate License
• Proficiency in MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer empathy and problem-solving skills
• A minimum of 3 sales in the last 12 months
