Reports to : Divisional Sales Manager
Located in : Corporate HQ (Tulsa, OK), or Upper Midwest Remote
Cooperates with : All Departments
Primary Responsibility : This position is responsible for direct sales of the complete MIRATECH product line as it relates to OEM Project Business.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop new OEM Direct Project Business sales channel with defined key strategic accounts.
- Execute new go-to-market strategy for selling project business directly to OEM factories by leveraging MIRATECHs existing business relationships and brand recognition.
- Develop and increase sales revenue and gross profit to meet assigned targets.
- Deliver consultative presentations of relevant regulations, company products, and value-added services to C-Suite and decision making contacts at strategic accounts.
- Build Sales development plans for highly matrixed accounts with relevant tasks, timing, and ownership.
- Actively participate in North American sales team and larger Global OEM Team.
- Manage product, market, and regulatory tracking and training.
- Create budgets, forecasts, and projections for project business sales.
- Coordinate activities with support team that includes : Inside Sales, Project Management, Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, Finance, and Production managers.
- Participate in education and training conferences, sales events, and marketing programs.
- Attend tradeshows as required.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
- Travel, as needed, to key accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Live in Tulsa, OK or the Upper Midwest Rust Belt region.
- B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college / university in Business / Marketing / Engineering, or comparable and relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of successful OEM product business-to-business sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets by navigating complex accounts.
- Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- High energy with a positive, courteous attitude.
- Engineered solution project sales experience preferred. Knowledge of engine driven systems such as generators, compressors, pumps, etc. is a plus
- Experience with the use of CRM, ERP or other large account management database systems.
