• Flexible schedule one week per month up to full time available
• 36 patients per day across two 3-hour clinic sessions
• One dedicated surgery day per week preferred
• Combined clinic, inpatient, and trauma call rotation
• NICU coverage with ROP screenings and treatments required
• Pediatric and adult strabismus procedures required
• Ambulatory and OR settings in rotation format
• 15 - 20% typical no-show rate in clinic
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
