Location : Strasburg, OH Shift : 1st Shift (Full-Time)

Office hours are generally 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, however this position may be required to come in early or stay late based on demand and business needs

We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Order Fulfillment Planner to join our growing team in Strasburg, OH.

The Order Fulfillment Planner is responsible for coordinating and executing all outbound shipping activities to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders. This includes prioritizing, pulling, scanning, packaging, and preparing shipping documentation. You'll serve as the key contact for carriers and customers, arranging shipments and resolving any issues that arise, while leading and developing warehouse associates to achieve outstanding service and performance. This position has 3-5 direct reports, and regularly interacts with other departments at this facility and others.
