Human Resources Generalist
Job Overview :
We're currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a positive and professional demeanor, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
Location : Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities :
- Administer benefits and leave programs, including disability, workers’ compensation, and personal leave.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both vendors and employee inquiries.
- Support the recruiting process and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless selection and onboarding of top-tier talent.
- Plan and execute new employee orientation and training sessions.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous human resources records.
- Update and uphold the company handbook, guidelines, and FAQ documents pertaining to company policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
