Salary : $85,000 - $110,000 per year

A bit about us :

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Landscape Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing various landscape projects within the construction industry. This role involves the application of advanced landscaping techniques, drafting skills, and knowledge of design software to create commercial, residential, and luxury landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor design and will be proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other CAD software for 3D modeling and blueprint reading.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all stages of the landscape construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs.
• Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other CAD software to create 3D models and blueprints.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the progress of the projects.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project implementation.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills related to landscaping trends, materials, and technologies.
