Role Summary :
We are a provider-led, primary and post-acute care organization dedicated to redefining healthcare delivery for senior living communities.
As a Physician, you will have the opportunity to manage new admissions, provide patient visits, rounding, and ensure exceptional patient care in a post-acute care setting.
You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to build quality patient care.
Qualifications :
MD / DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
Proficiency with EMR
Compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team player
