Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) seeking to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 educational setting. Located in Mustang, OK, this contract position involves working alongside speech-language pathologists to support students' munication development and help them overe speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist certified Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Support speech and language therapy sessions for students across grades K-12.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to foster effective munication strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive learning environment.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Valid certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
  • Experience working in a school setting with children of varying ages is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
  • Knowledge of speech and language development and mon munication disorders.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans with attention to detail and professionalism.
