What you will do and achieve :
- Responsible for searching for AI+ innovative product directions. Combined with the characteristics of Class B cross-border e-commerce procurement scenarios and based on the accumulation of AI large model technology, we explore a one-stop search innovation experience to solve the pain points in traditional search forms and expand user search needs.
- Spend a lot of time with our customers and users to deeply understand their needs.
- Develop key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers' needs with our product vision.
- Empower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment.
- Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company.

Role :
As a Product Manager, you'll solve problems that 1B+ knowledge workers in the world struggle with on a daily basis. You'll deliver best-in-class Search and AI products for understanding, finding, and synthesizing knowledge.
We've only taken the first step towards our long-term vision of an intelligent work assistant, and we need great product leaders to take us the rest of the way.
We're currently a very lean product team, so you'll have an outsized role in shaping both the product roadmap and the product team itself.
You'll collaborate closely with our stellar Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Success partners to understand our customers and build category-defining tools.
You'll wear many hats and gain both breadth and depth of experience.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $148,800 / year and $244,800 / year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.

- You have 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager in AI, search, or a related domain. Experience working at an enterprise B2B SaaS company is a plus.
- You have a strong technical background in Search & AI. You excel at analytical thinking, understanding complex technical systems, and marrying user problems with algorithmic solutions.
- You have strong sensitivity and judgment towards the development of AI technology.
- You are an excellent written and verbal communicator.
- You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results.
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- You have a learning and growth mindset.
