We are collaborating with a prestigious law firm in LA for an Auto Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team remotely.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending insurance claims, with specific experience in California's legal landscape.
This role offers the flexibility to work from home while handling a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including bodily injury, property damage, and subrogation claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all phases of auto insurance defense litigation, from initial investigation through trial and appeal.
- Conduct depositions, prepare and argue motions, and attend court hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and experts to develop defense strategies tailored to each case.
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies, contracts, and applicable state laws.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
- 2+ years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation or Lemon Law
- Strong knowledge of California insurance law, civil procedure, and litigation practices.
- Proven track record of handling cases from inception through resolution.
