Duties :

- Represent clients in real estate litigation and court proceedings.
- Draft contracts for the sale and transfer of property titles.
- Prepare leases and lease amendments for residential and commercial properties.
- Negotiate real estate agreements and settlements.
- Write and file legal claims, motions, and court briefs related to real estate matters.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate law experience, with a focus on litigation.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
- Familiarity with title insurance, land use regulations, and both residential and commercial real estate law.
- Experience with case management software or willingness to learn.
- Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills.
- Ethical, accountable, and professional demeanor.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple real estate cases simultaneously.
