Small Store Focus - Relief role
Job Location : West Houston- Cypress, Tomball, Katy and Sealy
Work days / Shift Hours : Monday - Friday (Some weekends) / 7am - Until Route Completed / Full Time
Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising / Stocking preferred, Must be able to lift / pull 50+ Ibs throughout shift
Compensation : Up to $25.58 / hour based on experience . Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
- Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
- Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
- Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
- Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
- Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
- Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
- Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Preferred Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No work experience required, but previous sales / merchandising experience
