Residency Program FM Physician
A Pennsylvania residency program requires a FM physician's assistance to join its Teaching staff. You will join a private residency program that is free of medical school or hospital affiliation.
25-30 Family Practice residents will be under your teaching, as you round with residents at the hospital seeing 6-18 patients daily.
Additionally, while functioning as the attending physician in the outpatient clinic, you will have 20-24 patients per day.
This success is achieved on a Monday-Friday schedule, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, 1 evening until 7 pm, with restricted call nine weekends per year.
While being supported by other FPs and advanced practice providers, the program requires a board certification or satisfies eligibility requirements.
Final-year residents and fellows are encouraged to apply, and will receive competitive benefits and compensation that entail relocation and sign-on bonuses, medical benefits, profuse time off, retirement plans, life insurance, malpractice coverage, and CME time.
