We are presently in search of a committed and skilled Occupational Therapist in the vicinity of Maricopa, AZ, to join our team on a contractual basis for a school-based position.

Role Overview : As a Contract Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic therapy team, delivering high-quality care to students with diverse needs.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to individuals' well-being while enjoying the flexibility of a contract role.
Your occupational therapy expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide client-centered occupational therapy services, focusing on improving functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
