Summary / Objectives

Provider ofmedical imaging repair and maintenance seeks an experienced FieldService Engineer to maintain and repair

Thrives to provide technical support and troubleshootingassistance with equipment and maintain a high quality of customersatisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in the repairof diagnostic imaging equipment specific to Ultrasounddevices.
• Must be a selfstarter able to traveland work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to resolve problems think analytically andcommunicate professionally in highpressure timesensitive customerenvironments
• Perform Scheduled preventativemaintenance that includes calibrations and verifications of systemspecifications.
• Learn and gain knowledge ofimaging equipment in order to perform preventative maintenance onmachines.
• Accurately document all serviceactivities in accordance with the Company QualityStandards.
• Assess calibrate and maintain testequipment
• Submitting field service reportstimely and according to functional standards.
• Communicate with account manager on services beingprovided.
• Manage and Maintain company assetsrequired to perform all necessary job functions.

Work Environment

This job operates in the field where the individual willbe going to several different sites to and will be around a varietyof medical imaging equipment.

Work Schedule

Primarily Monday thru Friday normal business hoursoccasional evening and weekends.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements that are essential to performthis job are to talk and to hear. It will also be required by theemployee to frequently stand;

walk lift up to 75 Lbs. to use handsto handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Travel

This position requires frequent and regular travel asneeded to service the technical needs of customers. The individualin this position must be willing to travel and drive distances toget to a variety of sites within a 4 hour radius.
