Our company develops and provides quality wound care to skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Educate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and management
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
