Salary :

MSPbots is on a mission to automate the future of MSP operations. We're looking for aSenior Asset Product Managerto own the full lifecycle of our client-facing assetsdashboards, widgets, bots, reports, and appsthat drive real, measurable value for our users.

In this strategic and hands-on role, youll lead cross-functional initiatives that shape how our clients interact with data and automation, directly influencing outcomes like retention, ROI, and customer satisfaction.

Work Setup : Remote

Schedule : Semi-Flexible, MondayFriday from 8AM to 5PM Central Time

Location : US-based only

What Youll Do

Asset Strategy & Execution

Define and lead the roadmap for new and existing assets
Align asset development with company vision and client needs
Present updates, results, and plans to internal stakeholders and client-facing teams

User Research & Product Design

Conduct interviews and surveys, then analyze data to uncover real user needs

Translate insights into requirements and user stories

Collaborate with analysts and engineers to prototype and iterate rapidly

Advocate for the client at every stage of development

Lifecycle Ownership & Optimization

Manage assets from ideation through launch and iteration

Ensure high standards of performance, usability, and documentation

Track KPIs (usage, adoption, client feedback) and use data to drive improvements

Go-to-Market & Enablement

Work with marketing and CS teams to develop onboarding guides, demos, and training content

Support launch communications, user education, and internal rollout

What Were Looking For

5+ years in product management, ideally with SaaS, analytics, or MSP-related products

Skilled in user research and translating needs into high-impact assets

Strong communicator and presentercomfortable with executive and client-facing discussions

Experience working in Agile product teams

Analytical mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement

Familiarity with tools like Jira, UserPilot, BI / analytics platforms

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Have the ability to work flexibly and effectively with cross-functional teams across the US, China, and the Philippines
