You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Reefer Trailers. After training you will be running OTR 48 States.
Experienced drivers are highly desired too! *Great Benefits Trainees are paid $650 / week for 4-6 weeks of training with a mentor if under 6 months experience.
- After training pay is .45 - .59 per mile sliding pay scale which comes out to between $1500-$1800 a week
- Experienced drivers range from .46 - .74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.* $5 for the first stop.
$15 each additional stop.* .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 8200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.* Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO*Job Details Running lanes are all 48 States OTR* 100% No Touch Reefer freight* Great Opportunity to start driving career with a reputable company.
- Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 6 months experience.* Home time every 3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset.
- Orientation in Las Vegas* The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.* Miles a week is 2000-2500.
- Requirements Attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.* 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL* Clean driving record
