About the Role
We are currently looking to recruit full-time Speech Pathologists with leadership experience to work in our Western team and Northern Team.
You will be working closely with clients with acquired neurological conditions and developmental disabilities such as cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, developmental delay.
We have a large focus on quality improvement with current projects including expanding services to provide instrumental dysphagia assessment and equipment hire for communication devices.
Our ideal candidate would be willing see a varied caseload including paediatric and adult clients however we will consider tailoring either a paeds or adult focus caseloads.
Working hours are negotiated directly with clients, allowing excellent flexibility. We are seeking applications for a full time role however part-time applications for 3-5 days will also be considered for the right applicant.

- A base salary that reflects years of relevant experience - $85k-$100k plus super for senior roles
- A bonus remuneration program that rewards efficiency but not compromise care. This usually adds between $5-$15k+ to base salary.
- A kpi that is achievable - our goal is billing around 5 hours per working day and have an expectation that it will take some months to build up to this.

Hours

Dip your foot in with NeuroRehab with a Saturday only role - our Deer Park and Thomastown clinics are staffed on weekends!
Salary
$85,000$90,000 (based on experience) + bonus commission + super + vehicle + personal development benefits
An above award remuneration package and bonus program is on offer (dependent on experience). This includes a company vehicle for full-time employees, or a travel allowance for casual and part-time employees.
A company phone and option for business laptop is also provided. Together with an open-ended personal development allowance, the total remuneration package is valued between $100k-$120k+.
Location
West Melbourne (Deer Park / Werribee / Melton) and;
North Melbourne (Doncaster / Thomastown / Tullamarine) roles available.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- A minimum of 5 years experience is desired with demonstrated ability to provide mentoring and supervision to clinicians for a Senior Role.
- Demonstrated commitment to person-centred approaches and best practice within the NDIS
- Driver's license Melbourne travel required

- Successful candidates are required to undertake a Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening prior to appointment and are required to disclose any pre-existing injury or illness which may be adversely affected by undertaking the position.
- Experience working with compensable / NDIS clients highly desired but not essential
- If you don't quite yet have the level of experience we are looking are looking at for a Senior role but think you are on your way there we would still be happy to receive your application for a clinician role.
