Receptionist
Overview
The receptionist will provide visitors with excellent customer service and any information needed for their visit. The core function of the receptionist ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Basic Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications :
One (1) year of prior receptionist or admin experience required
Responsibilities :
Receiving, registering and guiding visitors.
Registering of non-registered visitors.
Respond to visitor inquiries.
Providing all visitors with visitor information, such as welcome flyers and safety
information.
Notify hosts of visitors about the arrival of guests and ensure the visitor is being picked up
or escorted to the required location on-site.
Manage the process of arrival of large groups of visitors and arrange the necessary
preparations (processing requests, preparing badges etc.)
Badge authorizing and registering for visitors and employees (permanent and temporary),
suppliers and special authorities according to the badge registration procedure at ASML.
This includes solving malfunctions and losses.
Manage the return of access badges, keeping an up-to-date log of names and card
numbers issued, and disable non-returned badges.
Prevention of unauthorized building access and detection of susceptive situations and / or
calamities within the reception area, when necessary escalate to the local security
department.
Managing all incoming telephone calls efficiently and in a friendly and professional
manner. Phone calls are answered and forwarded within opening hours.
Handling general administrative tasks such as handling mail, activity logs, etc.
Receiving suppliers and goods (e.g. packages, flowers, documents) where applicable.
Maintain a reception environment that is clean, tidy and accurately reflects the corporate
image. This also includes keeping up-to-date papers, magazines etc.
Taking care of various related activities such as emergency response participation, parking
management and event support.

Hosting Guests
Welcome guests and notify the appropriate employee
Process all locker requests
Process Conference Room reservation requests ( non bookable)
New hire, visitor & escort office badge requests
Coordinate FedEx & employee package requests
Escalate security concerns
Process plotter requests
Replenish office supplies (from store room)
Holiday decorating
Distribute Covid tests (where applicable)
Hang signs in office following branding
Accept packages & process mail
Accept catering orders and notify recipient via teams
Hertz support (Notate vehicle returns and communicate to Hertz)
Completed assigned MS office tasks as requested
Follow-up with vendors coming or onsite
Manage a Visitors Log
Manage a badge book
Coordinate with security for access on badges
EV Badges and return ( where applies)
All other tasks as asked
Accepting and ordering catering as requested.
Updating Bulletin boards
Help PLanon requests and follow up
Help with IT request and follow up
Lost and Found
Qualifications Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Min. 1 years of related front desk, admin, mailroom experience required
