Rate : $42.00 - $46.00 per hour

Shift Type : Afternoons

Shift Times : Flexible shifts available, including full-time and part-time options

Hours / Day : 8-hour shifts

Weekend Requirements : Weekend coverage required for part-time roles

Job Overview :

We are currently seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services at various nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other medical sites across California.

The technologist will be responsible for performing mobile X-rays and, if required, EKGs using portable equipment, ensuring clinically diagnostic images are captured for radiologists interpretation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital radiography (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment.
  • Transmit images to a radiologist for interpretation.
  • Provide mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other locations.
  • Perform EKGs as needed and submit results to a cardiologist.
  • Regularly communicate with dispatch and management, ensuring timely reporting and scanning of billing documents.
  • Safely transport and maintain X-ray equipment, including unloading and setup at each facility.
  • Maintain effective communication and professional interaction with peers, supervisors, and clients.

Physical Demands :

  • Technologists may push / pull up to 50100 lbs using ramps and pulleys.
  • 50 lbs of force may be required 16 to 24 times per day for equipment transport.

Certification Requirements :

  • ARRT Certification

California (Limited license not accepted).
