Key Responsibilities :

Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage daily cash positions, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet the company's operational needs.

Treasury Operations : Oversee treasury functions including cash management, bank relationships, and investment management.

Financial Analysis : Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform decision-making, including capital structure optimization, cost of capital analysis, and funding strategies.

Risk Management : Identify, assess, and manage financial risks related to currency fluctuations, interest rate changes, and credit exposure.

Forecasting & Budgeting : Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives.

Debt Management : Manage existing debt obligations, including compliance with covenants and exploring refinancing opportunities.

Investment Strategies : Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to optimize returns on surplus cash while ensuring liquidity.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all treasury activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Process Improvement : Continuously improve treasury processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Collaboration : Work closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to ensure alignment of treasury strategies with overall company goals.

Required Skills :

Treasury Management : Extensive experience in managing corporate treasury functions, including cash management, investment, and debt management.

Financial Analysis : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Risk Management : Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.

Forecasting : Expertise in cash flow forecasting and financial modeling.

Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to treasury functions.

Qualifications :
