Responsibilities :
- API Development : Build, maintain, and optimize APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for seamless integration with external systems, payment gateways, and third-party services.
- Feature Implementation : Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement new features and enhancements in PayEdge and GP2.
- Database Management : Design, optimize, and maintain databases for PayEdge and GP2, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.
- Security Compliance : Implement security best practices and measures to protect sensitive data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS.
- Kafka Development : Design and develop Kafka-based event-driven architectures to support real-time data processing and streaming applications.
- Java Implementation : Implement Kafka producers and consumers using the Java programming language, and develop custom serializers and deserializers for handling JSON data formats in Kafka messages.
- Integration : Integrate Kafka with API Gateway services to enable secure and efficient communication between microservices and external clients.
- RESTful API Development : Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Photon Framework.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design scalable solutions that meet business needs.
- Performance Optimization : Optimize Kafka configurations and performance tuning to ensure high throughput, low latency, and fault tolerance.
- Monitoring : Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for Kafka clusters to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Kafka, Java, JSON, and API Gateway components.
- Documentation : Document design decisions, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
Qualifications :
Need strong experience in payment gateways, with experience in PayEdge or GP2 being highly preferable.
