Line Cook
We will need multiple Line cooks for Grill, saute, and oven positions.
We will also need a pastry / pantry person.
In total I'm looking to hire 6-8 cooks for the hotline, pantry and pastry.
The food will be simple (3-5 components) but refined and must be prepared with care and precision.
This is not a take out spot and we won't be making wraps and sandwitches.
The volume will be high (300+ covers) but the food will be held to the highest standards.
We will offer whole fish, nice cuts of meat and mixed seafood including lobster and scallops. So knowledge of fish cookery is great.
The kitchen will have Rational ovens so if you know how those are used you'll have a solid edge in hiring.
