About the role :
This is a key role in executing world-class IT systems and processes for a fast-growing technology company. This position will manage the day-to-day systems administration of our server, network, and M365 infrastructure and various related computer systems.
This position reports to the Infrastructure Manager.

What you will do :
Implementation and maintenance of all core technology such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud applications, storage, virtualization, server hardware / software, disaster recovery, data centers, collaboration systems, security, and networking with a focus on optimal performance and scalability.
Design, maintain and decommission a complex network topology using routing schemes, firewalls, VLANs and VPNs.
Ensure zero-trust cybersecurity standards through best practices, regular updates, and proactive threat assessment.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs for ongoing projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for internal use.
What we are looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Strong experience with Azure / Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in system automation, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are a plus.
